Edward Rosenberg primarily provides consulting for businesses in labor and employment law matters.
Edward also handles both Plaintiff and Defense employment litigation cases including wage and hour, overtime, and wrongful termination.
Edward graduated from the Florida International University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the State of New Jersey. He is also licensed to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
A New Jersey native, Edward graduated from Rider University in New Jersey with a degree in English Literature.
After law school, Edward practiced at a boutique law firm in Downtown Miami handling various labor and employment law cases.
Lili Sorondo handles a variety of labor and employment law matters primarily with respect to contracts.
Lili is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Lili received her law degree from the Florida International University College of Law. During law school, Lili served as President for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She also participated in the Criminal Law Clinic and Juvenile Justice Clinic.
Lili obtained a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Certificate in International Relations from the University of Florida. She also obtained a French Business Certificate from the Paris Chamber of Commerce.
While at the University of Florida, Lili studied French and Italian with an emphasis on French business and Italian culture. Lili also studied Finance, Financial Accounting, and Economics.
Lili was a member of various UF student organizations including the French Honor Society, Italian Club, and Cuban American Student Association.
After law school, Lili practiced at a boutique law firm in Midtown Miami handling various domestic and international tax compliance matters. Specifically, she handled various IRS offshore voluntary disclosure cases.
She has also worked as a corporate attorney handling various contract issues including master service agreements, standard purchase order and sales order terms and conditions, and non-disclosure agreements.
